Welcome new math students!

We are the Mathematics' Student Organization Matrix ry, a community of mathematics students who organise a wide range of activities and events to support and enjoy their studies. We warmly welcome you to the University of Helsinki, Kumpula and especially Exactum, where you will spend your next years in mathematics.

Participate on our events. We regularly organise parties, game nights, excursions and sport events. 
Get involved in our activities. You can get involved in our organisation by attending our meetings, joining the board or helping to organise events. 
Look for support on your studies. We offer students peer support, course descriptions and old exams. 
Have fun! Studying is important, but so are free time and friends. We have a relaxed and open atmosphere where everyone is welcome.
